About our production facility
Cixi City WaiFeng Ball Valves Co Ltd is the production division of W&F Manufacturing. Located near Shanghai in the west coast of China, it has 3 acres of factory floor space and employing over 200 staffs.
Our assembly lines are geared to produce brass ball valves,
metal casting, plumbing and fitting accessories. An in-house
R&D team is committed to continuous innovation towards best
of breed product design and excellence in production processes.
Ensuring health and safety of drinking water is very much at
the forefront of product development. Some of our products have
certified by CSA ANSI/NSF61: Drinking Water System Components
– Health Effects. In fact, we are only one of two manufacturers
in China awarded such quality standard.
We have also achieved ISO 9001, which is primarily concerned with "quality management". This means W&F Manufacturing has the ability to fulfil:
- the customer's quality requirements, and
- applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to
- enhance customer satisfaction, and
- achieve continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives.
